North Wales Building Plastics was established in 2001 to serve the window companies, building trade and DIY markets. We have grown substantially in the intervening years, expanding our range of PCV-U products to meet increasing demand.
Situated close to the A55 on the Mochdre Business Park near Colwyn Bay, we are ideally located to supply customers througout North Wales. Providing a first class service to our customers has always been a high priority and responding promptly to short notice demands has been key to the success of the company.
NWBP Ltd are appointed stockists for leading brands in the PVC-U industry, and our comprehensive stock includes the following ranges, most of which are detailed in the rest of our website.
Webbseal silicons, sealants, adhesives and cleaners compliment a full range of accessories available at the counter.
One innovative product available from NWBP is the Ubbink Dormer Kit. Produced in GRP these dormer kits come in three sizes, are fully insulated to meet building regulations and can be installed in one day. An example is on display at our warehouse and showroom in Mochdre.
If you need to improve the exterior of your house further why not consider adding some shutters and door surrounds. We are agents for Mid-America Building Products who offer a wide variety and styles of decorative components including window headers and dentil mouldings.

Roofline
Plaslyne and Freefoam offer a range of profiles, including fascias, soffits and trims in white, and woodgrains, including Light Oak, Mahogany, Rosewood and Black Ash. Other stock colours include Black, Dark Brown and Light Brown, with other colours available to order.
Roofing accessories include continuous and individual Dry Verge profiles, Eaves Protectors and a full range of Rainwater goods in White, Black and Brown, with Caramel as a further option.
Polycarbonate
Polytec Polycarbonate leanto roofs, supplied by Unipol, can be provided in kit form to suit all requirements, the company are also stockists of the Maxiport Multi-Purpose Canopy, suitable for use as a carport or patio shade. Other sheet materials include Polypropylene, PVC-U and Acryllic, for which a cutting service is available.
Plumbing and Heating
We now carry a full range of Speedfit plumbing and heating products. Speedfit plumbing systems snap together quickly and easily and form a water tight seal suited to normal domestic hot and cold water services and central heating applications, including pressurised and combi systems. The system also provides fittings that push onto traditional copper pipe.
Drainage & Soil Systems
We have recently been appointed as area stockist for Floplast Underground Drainage, and Above Ground Soil and Waste Systems making us a comprehensive one-stop shop for plastic building materials. A free take-off service is available for large projects using these products.
Decorative Cladding
The Bruynzeel and Decoclad range of decorative cladding has proven to be hugely popular as an alternative to tiles in bathrooms, showers and utility rooms. It is also ideally suited for Leisure Centres, Changing Rooms and Hairdressing Salons.
